Welcome to Wayhard. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Wayhard. Wayhard operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”). Wayhard is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when using our Services. Please read these Terms carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy . If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Wayhard reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. An order is only accepted once payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been sent.
Once an order has been accepted, cancellations may not be possible. If an order is changed or canceled, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided.
Returns and refunds are governed solely by our Refund Policy [LINK].
All purchases are intended for personal use only and not for resale or commercial distribution.

All prices are listed in EUR (€), unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time of checkout.
Shipping costs, taxes, customs duties, or import fees are not included unless explicitly stated. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Wayhard is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon receipt of the products, in accordance with Dutch and European Union consumer law.

All content on the Services, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and designs, is the property of Wayhard or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Wayhard is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with Wayhard. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Wayhard, and you release Shopify from any related claims.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy [LINK] and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these policies.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
Any feedback, suggestions, or reviews submitted grant Wayhard a worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for any purpose. We are under no obligation to maintain feedback in confidence or provide compensation.
