Shipping Costs

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us at info@wayhard.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon receipt of the order, in accordance with Dutch and EU consumer law.
Incorrect Address
